Blacklist International is looking to make changes to its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Season 11 roster following its subpar performance in the previous weeks. The squad is looking to promote one of its development league players Lee "Owl" Gonzales. In exchange, Archer "Archer" Perez shall be sent to the Mobile Legends Development League (MDL) team, Blacklist Academy. One of Blacklist International’s amateur standouts John Redick "Super Red" Bordeos also hinted that he may be sent to the development roster as well. However, Blacklist International is yet to confirm the Gold Laner’s team shift.

Owl promoted to Blacklist International’s MPL roster

Owl is widely known for his performance under Blacklist International’s SIBOL lineup in the 31st Southeast Asia Games MLBB event where it won a Gold Medal.

Through a Facebook post by MPL Philippines, it looks like Owl shall be taking his talent to the pro league soon. In exchange, Blacklist International's substitute Gold Laner Archer shall be heading to the development league.

Following the roster update announcement, one of Blacklist International’s star Gold Laners Super Red hinted at a possible team switch. Through a Twitter post, the player mentioned that the match against TNC Pro Team may be his last match in the pro league.

“Thank you for all your support since I joined MPL. To my bashers, it’s fine if you bash me, just don’t include the rest of the team. I’ll do my best tomorrow against TNC, this will be my last game, thanks guys!!!”  wrote Blacklist International’s amateur standout.”

His team shift is yet to be confirmed by the esports organization. Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled on whether Super Red shall join Blacklist Academy or if he shall be taking the reserved role under Blacklist International.

It shall be interesting to see if Owl's addition to the MPL squad helps the Codebreakers gain momentum in its future matches in the MPL PH Season 11 regular season.
