Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) star Tanmay "Scout" Singh has openly admitted that he is currently struggling with a lack of confidence in his gameplay. Despite possessing the necessary mechanical skills, Scout feels the need to regain the self-assurance he once had during his early days in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile. Currently, Scout serves as both an owner and player for Team XSpark (TX) and also works as a streamer and content creator for S8UL Esports.

Scout Accepts his Mistake and Reveals Advice From His Teammates

During a recent livestream, Scout not only acknowledged his lack of confidence but also shared the advice given to him by his teammates. They advised him to embrace the role of a team player and focus on learning and implementing new strategies, rather than feeling the need to prove himself as "Scout." Scout expressed his belief that now is the right time to broaden his horizons and develop new skills.

Scout recently unveiled the highly anticipated lineup for his team, Team XSpark (TX), in Battlegrounds Mobile India. The lineup includes Pukar "Pukar" Singla, Sarangajyoti "Sarang" Deka, Aditya "Aditya" Mathe, and Scout himself. These players will represent TX in upcoming tournaments and scrimmages. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, TX was unable to qualify for the Skyesports Championship Series 2023 Grand Finals. Reflecting on this outcome during his livestream, he now realizes the importance of being a team player and wants to focus on contributing to the team’s success.

To illustrate his point, Scout shared a clip of his performance in the PUBG Mobile Club Open - Spring Split Global Finals 2019, where he played under Team IND. During the clip, Scout engaged in a fight against Bigetron Red Villains (BTR). While watching the clip, Scout emphasized that his current lack of confidence does not stem from a decline in his mechanical skills. He still possesses the same abilities but acknowledges the need to regain his former confidence. According to him, the old Scout could confidently take up fights in the open with a surety of winning the duels.

Scout had recently announced his much-awaited Scout Invitational and had stated previously that he is gearing up for upcoming tournaments, which might include the rumored BGIS Season 2.  He had recently also shared his controls layout and sensitivity codes, which can be found here.
