Instead of naming a specific player, he explained why it is impossible to define a single best player in the game. He expressed his belief that BGMI is a “battleground” game, and the player’s position and the situation they find themselves in can be critical in determining their success. He quoted other notable gamers who have also stated that you can’t name the best player in a battleground. Scout added that consistency is key in the game, and being the best and being consistent are two different things.
Scout believes that one cannot define a single best player in BGMI
In a recent livestream, Scout was asked to share his thoughts about the best BGMI player. In response, he stated that he personally believes that BGMI is a “battleground” game making it impossible to define a single best player in the game. Instead, he emphasized the importance of consistency as a key factor for success in the game.
Scout stated that situational factors play a significant role in determining a player’s success. According to him, a player’s positioning and the situation they find themselves in can be critical in their ability to defeat even the most skilled opponents, like Chinese professional player Zhu “paraboy” Bocheng. “Battleground is something in which if you are standing behind a tree and you are up against Paraboy, who is in the open, you can finish him. It is situational. Nobody is ever the best in it,” he said.
According to him, this is because the game is highly situational, and every situation is different, making it difficult to define a single best player. Instead, he expressed his belief that consistency is key in the game. While a player may not be the best, they can strive to be consistent in their performance. He emphasized that consistency and being the best are two different things and that a player’s ability to perform consistently is a critical factor in determining their success in BGMI.
