One of the most iconic Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) pro players in the world, Swan "Ruby DD" Aung has officially left the Burmese team, AI Esports. The pro player was a former member of the renowned team Burmese Ghouls who surprised fans with its impressive performance during the M2 World Championships. However, due to the political conflicts in the region, the entire squad was released before eventually being acquired by AI Esports. Recent rumors suggest that Ruby DD is joining Falcon Esports’ MLBB roster. Coincidently, the Falcon Esports also posted a teaser of an upcoming new member for the squad.

AI Esports released Ruby DD from its MLBB roster

Through a Facebook post on 3rd August, AI Esports announced the departure of Ruby DD from its MLBB lineup. In the post, the esports organization captioned, “Thank you DD for being with us all this time and creating only the best things. All the best on your journey ahead DD.”

Ruby DD remains one of the world's most popular MLBB pro players despite being unable to compete internationally. The pro player is widely known for his impressive Lunox gameplay which gave rise to the term “Ruby DD Combo.” The term is still widely used to this day whenever someone dominates a match using the hero Lunox.

Is Ruby DD joining Falcon Esports?

Recent rumors suggest that the pro player is heading to another Burmese team, Falcon Esports. The team was lauded by fans when it delivered a stellar performance during the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2022.

The esports organization also coincidentally announced a teaser hinting that a new player shall be joining its squad soon. This was posted prior to the departure of Ruby DD from AI Esports.

Falcon Esports is yet to officially confirm who exactly is the new member it is referring to in the video. Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled for the official reveal of this mysterious new player.
