Red Canids' Lunna Cancels His Break and Returns for MPL BR Season 2

Red Canids’ fan-favorite Victor “Lunna” Monteiro has announced that he will be participating in the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League (MPL) Brazil (BR) Season 2. Shortly after announcing that he was taking a break from competitive MLBB, Lunna made a follow-up announcement that he will be joining the team this upcoming MPL season after receiving many messages from fans who want to see more of his gameplay in MLBB tournaments. He added that his return to professional MLBB esports was a joint decision between him and his family for the sake of his very supportive fans.

Red Canids' Lunna will participate in the MPL BR Season 2

The M3 World Championship was a great avenue for underdog teams and pro players to be discovered in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports scene. One such player is Red Canids’ roamer and team captain Lunna. He is well known for his iconic Akai gameplay, which managed to leave a lasting impression on the fans, resulting in some steady growth for his overall fanbase.

As the upcoming regular season of the MPL BR Season 2 nears, Lunna announced that he would be taking a break from competitive MLBB. However, after receiving tons of support from fans who are looking forward to seeing him in the upcoming tournament, Lunna decided to cancel his break and return to the MLBB esports scene for the MPL BR Season 2. This was revealed through a Facebook video posted on Lunna’s official page.

“It was a joint decision between me, and my family,” he said. “We came to the conclusion that I should play for my fans.”

The MLP BR Season 2 is currently in its qualifier stage. Moonton is yet to announce the schedule on when the regular season will officially kick off.

Fans are eagerly waiting for the regular season of the MPL BR Season 2 to commence, but in the meanwhile, they can fulfill their MLBB competitive cravings through Lunna as he is quite active online and hosts livestreams regularly.
