Loops, Alpha 7 and Stalwart Esports dominated Group Green and have secured a place in the PMGC 2023 Grand Finals.
Reject makes a comeback on Day 4 of the event but misses out on the Grand Finals spot.

The ongoing Players Unknown Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2023 has seen some intense battles. The league stage of the event has started with teams like Loops, Alpha 7 and Stalwart Esports already securing a place in the event’s Grand Finals. Burenbayar "TOP" Altangerel from Stalwart Esports was the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the week from Group Green. 

The 48 teams participating in the league stages are divided into three groups, Green, Red and Yellow. Group Green matches were played from 2nd to 5th November with the top 3 teams qualifying directly to the Grand Finals and the teams from 4th to 11th place shall play the survival and last chance stage. The remaining four teams have been eliminated from the event.

Loops, Alpha 7 and Stalwart Esports PMGC 2023 League Stage Summary

Loops was the most consistent team in the group and was placed at the top of the table with 220 points including four chicken dinners. The squad had a slow start to the event but eventually gathered momentum from Day 2 onwards and showed consistent performances. 

Alpha 7 placed second with 204 points including 131 elimination points. The team had good performances until Day 3 and was placed in the top 3 but on Day 4 it showed massive improvements and grabbed 68 points to secure the second spot.

Stalwart Esports was one of the teams to lookout for in the event and it did so with its performance as it started the event by attaining three chicken dinners on Day 1 of the event. It was placed at the top spot until Day 3 but its performance on the last day dipped as it secured only 15 points from 6 matches and it slipped to the third place.

Reject from Japan was the fourth placed team and missed out on the Grand Finals spot with just 10 points. It grabbed 67 points on Day 4 but just missed the Grand Finals spot.

The seasoned squads of Reject, Persija Evos, MadBulls, D’Xavier, Alter Ego Ares, Melise Esports, Gaimin Gladiators and Quest Esports will have another chance in the survival stage to proceed into the further stages of the event.
