OR Esports has entered the New State Mobile esports scene with a new four-player roster. The roster includes all former players of Team Nexgen that are currently representing the organization in the Challenger Finals of Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) New State Mobile Open India, which boasts a massive prize pool of ₹1,00,00,000 INR ($123,000 USD). Following this tournament, this roster will be playing under the banner of OR Esports in all upcoming tournaments.

OR Esports’ New State Mobile roster includes the following players:

  • Rithvii

  • Reactio1

  • 47 - In game leader (IGL)

  • Reaper

While playing for Team Nexgen, the roster has put forth an incredible performance in the SPS New State Mobile Open India. In the Mobile Challenge of the tournament, Team Nexgen was one of the top-performing teams, resulting in a third-place finish, which granted the team a slot in the Challenger Finals of the tournament. Notably, Team NexGen was only three points behind the table topper GodLike Esports in the Mobile Challenge.

The Challenger Finals of the tournament started on 27th January and will conclude today, i.e., 27th January. In the Challenger Finals, Team NexGen did not lose its consistency. On the first day of the tournament, Team NexGen won one match out of four and secured 27 points, which secured it the sixth position on the Day 1 leaderboard. The second and final day of the Challenger Stage is yet to conclude.

After the conclusion of the Challenger Finals, the top 16 teams of 24 teams will advance to the grand finals, and the rest will be eliminated.

Prior to joining Team NexGen, Rithvii, Reactio1, and 47 played for Revenant Esports in The Esports Club New State Open. The players demonstrated a decent performance in that tournament as well, finishing in eighth position.

Amid the unavailability of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and Free Fire, New State Mobile has picked up the pace to become the top battle royale title in India. The publisher has been investing a lot to foster the esports ecosystem of the game. Furthermore, top Indian esports organizations, like S8UL Esports, GodLike Esports, Hyderabad Hydras, Team Tamilas, Team iNSANE, and now, OR Esports, have acquired rosters to become one of the top teams in the New State Mobile esports scene.
