One of the top mobile esports tournament organizers from the country, Upthrust Esports, is prepared to kick start its 2023 competitive season with the Survivors Throne Season 3 featuring New State Mobile as the competing title.
The Upthrust Esports Survivors Throne Season 3 will start as a grassroots-level event and slowly transition into a top-tier tournament with a total prize pool of INR 1,00,000 on the line.
Overall the tournament has been divided into four stages - Qualifiers, Quarter Finals, League Stage, and Grand Finals, offering plenty of mobile battle royale action from 5th to 12th February.

Upthrust Esports Survivors Throne Season 3 New State Mobile: Complete Details
Upthrust Esports will kick start the 2023 competitive season with one of its popular annual tournaments, Survivors Throne, but instead of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) the main title has been replaced by New State Mobile.
Invited Teams
A total of 32 teams will be competing in the League Stage of the tournament, comprising of nine qualified teams and 23 direct invites, divided into four groups of eight teams each.

Format
Open Qualifiers
Out of all registered teams, the top 140 have been selected and divided into ten groups, each consisting of 14 participants.
A single match will be played by each of the ten groups and the top three teams from every group will qualify to the next stage of this tournament, Quarter Finals.
Quarter Finals
The 30 qualifying teams will be joined by 15 invited participants, resulting in a total of 45 teams going head-to-head against each other in this stage.
All participants will be divided into three groups of 15 teams each and every group will play a total of two matches.
Based on the respective overall standings, the top three teams from each group will move ahead to the next stage, League Stage (Semi Finals).
League Stage
The nine qualifying teams will be once again joined by 23 invited participants, resulting in a total of 32 teams facing each other in this stage.
All participants will be divided into four groups of eight teams each and follow a simple round-robin format.
A total of six matches will be played on each day of the tournament across a total of two days. Based on the overall standings the top 16 teams will move ahead to the next stage, Grand Finals.
Grand Finals
The final 16 teams will take on each other across the final four days of the tournament.
On each day a total of five matches will be played and based on the overall standings the team that finishes on top will be crowned as the champion.
Prize Pool
The total prize pool of this tournament is INR 1,00,000 which will be split between the top three teams based on their overall placement. In addition to this, the player who secures the maximum number of frags will also be awarded a part of this prize money.
