MPL PH Season 11 Start Date Officially Announced

The highly anticipated Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Season 11 will soon kick off in February 2023. The release date of the upcoming seasonal league has been revealed as well as the key visual featuring a mix of blue and red, representing the flag of the Philippines. The tournament will feature eight teams competing for the privilege to represent the region in the upcoming Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2023. 

Team rosters for all the contenders are yet to be finalized. However, team rosters are expected to be revealed before the tournament officially kicks off.

What is the MPL PH Season 11 start date?

The upcoming MPL PH Season 11 will officially kick off on 17th February 2023. This was revealed through a Facebook post along with the tournament’s key visual.

"Epic tales, royalties and young bloods, and another season of Pinoy MLBB action," wrote MPL Philippines.

“This #MPLPH Season 11, we will reach greater heights. And no matter how much strength we have shown in recent seasons, we will prove that there is always room for development,” the post added.

The tournament will also have a new slogan “Itaas ang lakas” which means “Raise the strength.” The Philippines is currently the strongest region in MLBB esports. The region has conquered three world series events by three different teams - Bren Esports in M2, Blacklist International in M3, and ECHO in M4 World Championship. PH teams aim to keep this momentum going and aim for another world series victory in M5.

On top of having the strongest teams in the region, PH teams are also known for creating their own meta in the tournament and are not afraid to experiment, as stated by RRQ's Rivaldi "R7" Fatah.

At the time of writing, only ONIC PH has officially announced its roster for the MPL PH Season 11. Other teams are yet to announce their rosters for the upcoming seasonal league.  Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled for more updates in the near future.
