Mobile Legends Will Revamp the Marksman Hero Hanabi Soon

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has revealed that the marksman hero Hanabi will be the next hero who will receive a revamp. Moonton had recently made a poll where players got to vote on the next hero that needed to receive a revamp. The results revealed that Hanabi received the most votes, according to the official Twitter page of Mobile Legends. According to the devs, the balance changes for the next season of Mobile Legends will also focus more on the marksman role. They aim to give Marksmen much higher survivability and a chance of fighting back against assassins that can potentially kill them in one hit.

Marksman role to be improved in the next season of Mobile Legends

Moonton has revealed its plans for the next season of Mobile Legends through a Twitter post. In Revamp Your Legend, the results revealed that Hanabi, a marksman hero, had won the most votes, thus becoming the next hero to receive a revamp. The devs promised to reveal more details about the upcoming Hanabi revamp in the near future.

Hanabi is a marksman hero with impressive sustain and damage capabilities. However, she suffers from a lack of mobility and can easily be kited by other heroes who have more mobility or heavy crowd control skills.

According to the devs, they noticed that the marksman role has one of the lowest pick-rates in high-tier ranked games. While marksman heroes are strong in low-tier ranked games, these heroes are struggling to find their place in high-tier competitive matches.

In response to this, the devs will be rebalancing some marksman heroes to make them more viable in ranked games. Improvements to the marksman heroes’ combat capabilities during the early game while maintaining its advantages in the mid to late game will be implemented. A few changes to the battlefield can also be expected to cater towards the marksman heroes without giving them too much advantage over other roles.

The post clarified that these changes are yet to be finalized. The devs will continue to optimize the game according to its performance in the advanced server of Mobile Legends. In the meantime, players can drop their feedback and suggestions in the official social media handles of Mobile Legends.
