The Mobile Legends Advanced Server Patch 1.6.16 update has been released by Moonton with a few battlefield adjustments and tweaks.
The new update focuses on delivering balance changes to the new and unreleased heroes as well as the heroes that have made a huge impact in the current meta.
These updates are currently only available in the advanced server of Mobile Legends and are not yet confirmed to be released in the regular servers.

The Mobile Legends Advanced Server Patch 1.6.16 update has been released by Moonton with a few battlefield adjustments and tweaks. Balance changes for patch 1.6.16

Moonton

Floryn

Slightly increased Floryn's survivability and late-game combat capabilities.

Passive

  • Initial Latern's Movement Speed Boost: 5% → 7%

  • Evolved Lantern's Movement Speed Boost: 10% → 15%

Skill 1

  • Cooldown: 7s → 7-6s

  • Healing's Magic Power Bonus: 50% → 65%

Aamon

Slightly increased Aamon's damage against enemies with higher HP.

Ultimate

  • Minimum Damage: 105-125 + 22% Magic Power → 126-150 + 27% Magic Power (maximum damage remains unchanged)

Kagura

Skill 1

  • Base Damage: 280-555 → 290-590

Yve

To balance out the extra mobility granted by Yve's Skill 1, we're further lowering her skill damage.

Skill 1

  • Extra Damage Against Enemies in the Center: 170-320 + 70% Magic Power → 145-295 + 60% Magic Power

Natan

Natan's getting out of control with his dashes.

Ultimate

  • The dash can only be cast once.

  • Increased the Reverse-Clone's cancellation distance by 1 yard.

  • New Effect: Using dash reduces 50% of Skill 1 & 2's remaining cooldowns.

Other

  • Removed Divine Glaive, Genius Wand, and Arcane Boots from Natan's recommended builds.

Aulus

We're boosting Aulus's laning ability to make him a more appropriate side-lane Fighter.

Skill 2

  • New Effect: Hitting minions also allows Aulus to perform an enhanced Basic Attack.

  • Effect Removed: Aulus cannot perform enhanced Basic Attacks if no enemies are hit.

Argus

We're increasing the duration of Argus's Ultimate to give him a nudge up in late-game team fights.

Ultimate

  • Cooldown: 31-25s → 36-30s

  • Duration: 3s → 4s

Granger

We're boosting Granger's jungling speed in the early game but keeping the speed in the late game the same as that on the official server.

Skill 1

  • Bullet's Damage Against Creeps: 25% More Damage → 50 More Damage

Mathilda

Skill 1

  • Base Damage: 400-650 → 410-660

Wanwan

Skill 1

  • Base Damage: 100-200 → 120-220

Phoveus

Ultimate

  • Base Damage: 560-880 → 600-920

Tigreal

Attribute

  • Base Physical Defense: 25 → 20

  • Physical Defense Growth: 4 → 4.5

  • Base HP: 2890 → 2690

  • HP Growth: 272 → 292

Saber

Attribute

  • HP Growth: 150 → 165

Passive

Defense Reduction Per Stack: 5-8 → 3-8

Lancelot receives a slight buff.

Bruno

Bruno's performance after the last adjustment has slightly exceeded our expectations.

Basic Attack & Enhanced Basic Attack

  • Attack Range: 5.3 → 5.1

Fanny

Skill 1

  • Energy Cost: 25 → 18

  • Fixed an issue where the energy cost of Skill 1 triggered during the flight was incorrect.

X.Borg

Skill 1

  • No longer slows enemies whose temperature has reached the limit.

Mobile Legends Advanced Server Patch 1.6.16: Battlefield adjustments

Battle Spell - Execute

  • Damage: 200 + 20 * Hero Level + 10% of the Target's Lost HP → 100+10 * Hero Level + 13% of the Target's Lost HP

Equipment - Immortality

  • We want to give players resurrected by Immortality a chance to survive when against Execute.

  • Unique Passive - Immortal

  • HP Gained After Resurrection: 15% → 16%

Siege Minions

  • Siege Minions' HP in the early game after the last adjustment is a bit too much.

  • Base HP reduced by 15%.

Mobile Legends Advanced Server Patch 1.6.16: Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Kupa's HP was incorrectly refreshed or not refreshed under certain circumstances.

  • Fixed an issue where Kupa couldn't inherit Physical Penetration and other advanced attributes under certain circumstances.

  • Fixed an issue where Magic Penetration wasn't applied for Yve's Skill 2.

  • Fixed an issue where the shield of Claude's Ultimate couldn't stack.

  • Fixed an issue where the second attack of Odette's Skill 2 couldn't properly lock onto targets in some cases.
