MobaZane sarcastically responded to PH Caster Midnight's comments about the NA MLBB team, The Valley.
According to Midnight, The Valley still have a lot of catching up to do as PH teams have stepped up their game since the MPL PH Season 10.
MobaZane claims that a lot of people also criticized his former team BloodThirstyKings back in the M3 World Championship but the team proved the doubters wrong.

Michael "MobaZane" Cosgun, the jungler for the North American (NA) team, The Valley, sarcastically reacted to statements made by the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Philippines (PH) caster Neil "Midnight" De Guzman. The caster from the Philippines stated on one of his livestreams that The Valley still has a lot of things to work on if it wants to stand a chance in the upcoming M4 World Championship. MobaZane reacted to this statement with sarcastic remarks. The NA pro player mentioned that people also underestimated his former team, BloodThirstyKings (BTK), during the previous world series event. However, the team was able to shock fans as it finished in third place in the M3 World Championship.

Midnight thinks The Valley has  a lot to work on heading into the M4 World Championship

Through a short livestream, Midnight mentioned the NA team, The Valley, and what he thinks about its performance so far in the MLBB esports scene.

“I watched a game of The Valley, and in all honesty, I think they still have a lot of catching up to do,” said the PH caster.

While Midnight thinks MobaZane has done a great job at adapting to the PH region’s meta, the caster believes that PH teams have stepped up their game and have improved a lot since Season 10.

“MobaZane already adapted to the Filipino meta but we just witnessed MPL S10 grand finals, right?,” Midnight said. “It turned out [that] it’s insane, you know, our teams are insanely good.”

When asked by fans about his thoughts on Midnight’s statement, MobaZane responded in a sarcastic tone, saying that he doesn’t know who Midnight is.

“I can’t take anybody seriously who says [things] like that. It’s like dude, [it’s] same before M3,” said the NA pro player. “Please, keep coming with it, we suck, right?”

MobaZane continued by saying critics are helping him out by jinxing their performance just like how BTK managed to defeat Blacklist International in the upper bracket quarterfinals of the M3 World Championship.

“Can you jinx it again? They’re helping me out here,” said MobaZane. “NA blows right? Just like [M3], dude.”

It will be interesting to see how well MobaZane’s new team, The Valley, performs in the upcoming M4 World Championship.
