The ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 The Grind has been difficult for the experienced teams. Many well known teams like Global Esports, Entity, Team X Spark, Enigma Gaming have already been eliminated from the event.

Hackers have always been an issue in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournaments. Recently Team Mayavi was accused of using hacks in BGIS 2023 The Grind. A Youtuber named Snehil “Snehilop” Saxena also provided proof against Team Mayavi.

Mayavi responds to hacking allegations

Several teams in BGIS 2023 The Grind were caught using hacks and carrying out unethical practices. Team Mayavi was one of the teams accused of using hacks as there were many suspicious clips of the players going around on social media.

The issue first came to light when a Youtuber named Snehil on his live stream revealed all the proof against Team Mayavi and accused them of using hacks. A team playing in BGIS 2023 The Grind also shared their point of view (POV) in this live stream.

In a recent live stream Shubham “Mayavi” Chawla from Team Mayavi responded to the hacking allegations and gave an explanation regarding some of the suspicious clips.

Mayavi said that the last time he responded he thought it was enough of an explanation and if they are good enough they will perform and bring results which they did by claiming the first position in their group in BGIS 2023 The Grind. He said if the audience wants he can thoroughly explain the suspicious clips to everyone. He also said that Krafton has done all the necessary checking of devices and Team Mayavi is not eliminated or disqualified from BGIS 2023 The Grind. Mayavi said that the team has been together for two years and their synergy and communication can clearly be seen with their results.

Recently Global Esports CEO Rushindra “Rushi” Sinha also responded to the issue and cleared the air regarding all the hacking allegations against Team Mayavi. He had also ensured the fans that if he notices there are any hacks being used or any unethical practices carried out he will take immediate action on the team.

Hackers have always been an issue in the BGMI community. In the past many teams and players have been caught using hacks or carrying out unethical practices. Krafton has always put in efforts to keep the tournaments fair for everyone and disqualified teams or players that were using hacks.

With many experienced teams already eliminated from BGIS 2023 The Grind, and such hacking allegations put forth against teams playing in the BGIS 2023 The Grind, fans are worried about their favorite teams’ qualification into the further stages of BGIS 2023.
