Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh is open to joining TSM’s BGMI roster under one condition.
He wants TSM to let him be a part of the trials in the ongoing scrims.
The player made the comment shortly after he was removed from the scrims due to a “lack of achievements”.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) pro Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh was discussing a potential move to TSM India. With Arun “ShadowOG” Mandhalkar departing TSM India, the organization has been unsuccessful at finding an in-game leader (IGL) that delivers results. Mavi said that he is willing to join TSM but only if they meet a condition.

Mavi will join TSM if he is invited for trials in the ongoing BGMI scrims

Mavi is currently playing BGMI scrims with Ashutosh "Punkk" Singh, Harsh "IMMORTAL" Shrivastava and Hemanth "Ultron" Sethi. He clarified that Ultron is still signed with Team 8Bit and they are playing together only for a limited time.

He said, “I will only play with them (TSM) if they call me for a trial.” He clarified that he will not be joining TSM unless they do not let him trial in the ongoing scrims. He is open to joining an esports organization that meets his needs.

He added, “I am (currently) playing with Punkk, IMMORTAL and Ultron and I am happy with them.” In the past, Mavi talked about how he wants to join an organization where he will have complete control over the team as an IGL.

The BGMI pro’s comments come just shortly after he was removed from the Tier-1 Scrims due to a “lack of achievements.” There is a rule in the ongoing BGMI scrims that requires all members of a roster to be Tier-1 players which is something his group does not fulfil.

There is some disarray within the BGMI community with players expressing their frustrations with the BGMI scrims. Hrishav “Hrishav” Kumar also pointed out that despite having the required achievements, the organizers refuse to offer a slot in the scrims.

Mavi is an accomplished BGMI player with a third-place finish in the PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 - Spring Split: India, second-place finish in the PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019, and more. There are rumors of BGMI making a return and it would be a good time for TSM to pick the pro player up as its BGMI IGL.
