Marcos Gaming Enters New State Mobile Esports With a New Roster

Marcos Gaming has officially announced its latest acquisition of a four-player New State Mobile roster. With this latest acquisition, Marcos Gaming has entered into its fourth esports title after Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Clash of Clans (CoC), and Pokemon Unite. The new roster will represent the organization in all the upcoming New State Mobile tournaments, including the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India, which features a prize pool of $123,000 USD (INR 99,75,060).

Marcos Gaming is an Indian esports organization that started by acquiring a PUBG Mobile roster in 2019. The team showed an impressive performance and quickly rose to prominence in the Indian BGMI/PUBG Mobile community. Since then, it has been a part of the community and actively participates in BGMI tournaments.

Marcos Gaming’s New State Mobile roster 

Marcos Gaming’s roster includes the following four players:

• Prakash “Worthy” R Patel

• Samar “ShadowOG” Jaiswar

• Envy

• Anthros

Worthy played under the banner of The Unstoppables at The Esports Club New State Open. The team showed an impressive performance and finished in the fifth position in the grand finals of the event. Envy and ShadowOG were a part of TeamVLVT for a long time. Both of them played the Upthrust Esports New State Mobile Challengers Showdown that took place earlier this year but could not qualify for the grand finals. On the other hand, Anthros joined Marcos Gaming in August 2022 and has been playing under Marcos Gaming’s banner for the last four months. Prior to joining Marcos Gaming, he had played under the banner of True Rippers for a long time.

Since the government of India suspended BGMI under Section 69A of the IT Act 2000, Krafton’s second mobile battle royale title, New State Mobile, has picked up the pace and is gaining massive popularity across the country. Recently, multiple Indian esports organizations, including S8UL Esports, GodLike Esports, Team Tamilas, and Hyderabad Hydras, have entered the New State Mobile esports scene.
