Battlegrounds Mobile India’s (BGMI) publisher and developer Krafton has constantly put in efforts to attract new audiences as well as keep the current set of players engaged in the game. A new Royale Pass is released every month consisting of 50 levels. Each level has its own unique item to offer like gun skins, costumes, accessory skins and so on. Players have to complete missions to obtain Royale Pass (RP) Points to unlock each level. Players can either buy the Royale Pass to obtain premium items or can obtain free items with RP points.
In the recently released M22 Royale Pass, some players were not able to access and obtain items from the Royale Pass. Krafton noted a technical issue which led to this problem. The publisher released a notice to its fans about this issue and promised a solution soon for the same.

The new Royale Pass has some exciting missions, Skins, Costumes and accessories but due to a technical flaw the Royale pass was inaccessible to a number of players. Krafton immediately took note of the problem and issued a statement regarding the same.
Krafton said,"We wanted to take a moment and let you know that RPM22 will not be accessible after you update your game due to a minor technical issue. Please be informed that we are looking into this right now and we assure you that the same will be resolved at the earliest. While we work towards a fix, we request you to collect points and rewards as RPM 22 will end soon! Please have them collected by 2023.08.09”.
Krafton also mentioned compensation for this issue, “Additionally, we will also conduct an event to compensate everyone for the inconvenience caused".
Since its launch in 2021 Krafton has been putting in constant efforts to release new content and items in the game. Bringing in new upgrades every now and then has kept the game exciting to the players and its viewers.
BGMI’s progress over the years in terms of graphics and other features has been amazing. Fans are excited to see what Krafton has to offer in terms of new weapons, events and maps. Being one the most popular mobile games in India there are high expectations from BGMI and hopefully there should be no issues moving forward.
