He explained that this step is taken to avoid creating a distraction for its players.

GodLike Esports’ popular content creator Varun “KikiOP” Vinod Chauhan recently revealed the reason behind the absence of the organization’s Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) players from its videos. KikiOP stated that the organization has decided not to feature its esports players in videos except esports-oriented videos to avoid distractions. He added that the organization’s content creators will only be featured in videos.

GodLike Esports’ BGMI players are not featured in the organization’s videos to avoid distractions

GodLike Esports recently started posting a variety of content on its YouTube channel, from interview videos to entertaining content. However, except interview videos like LitTalks, GodLike Esports professional BGMI were nowhere to be seen in the videos. As a result, fans were curious why they were not featured in the video.

In a recent livestream, one of KikiOP’s viewers told him that as BGMI is unavailable in the country, GodLike Esports can feature its BGMI players in other videos as well. Responding to this, KikiOP stated that the organization had made a decision that its esports players would only focus on their own job, which is playing the game. He added that the organization does not want to distract its players by featuring them in its own videos or the videos of other content creators, as this could negatively affect their performance. Furthermore, he mentioned that all content related to esports players would be posted on their respective channels.

KikiOP noted that the esports players will still be featured in interviews such as LitTalks, which are primarily focused on esports. He went on to explain that the primary job of esports players is to play the game and that the organization has signed content creators to create content. “What else do you guys want? Our players lift trophies or create content?” he added.

GodLike Esports is one of the most prominent esports organizations in India. The organization’s BGMI roster includes a few of the best players in the country. Notably, all of its players create content and livestream on their respective YouTube and Rooter channels. The decision to exclude its BGMI players from its videos to avoid distraction might be taken due to the recent emergence of rumors about BGMI’s return.
