The iQOO India League 2024 BGMI LAN event was called off due to technical issues.
The event was supposed to have three match days with 6 matches being played each day but Day 1 was canceled due to technical reasons which continued on Day 2 as well due to which the event has been called off.

The iQOO India League 2024 Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) LAN event has been called off due to technical reasons. The iQOO India League 2024 BGMI event was an offline event and was supposed to be played in the LAN format. The event had 16 teams competing at the Noida Indoor Stadium from 22nd February to 24th February. The event also boasted a massive prize pool of INR 40 Lakhs along with prize money for individual and team performances.

iQOO cancels iQOO India League 2024 BGMI LAN 

The event has been called off due to technical issues. Day 1 of the event was canceled due to technical reasons and Day 2 started in a similar manner as well but after a couple of hours of delay the first match was played where Godlike Esports secured the chicken dinner. Thereafter, the second match could not take place and the event was eventually called off.

iQOO issued a clarification as to why the event was called off and shared a post on their Instagram handle and wrote, “It is a matter of extreme regret that we had to call off the iQOO India League last night. We were facing persistent network and audio connectivity issues and despite our partner's and our best efforts, we were unable to find a stable solution. After careful consideration and being respectful of everyone's time we had to take the hard decision of calling off the League with a heavy heart. We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused to our fans and the participating teams and we sincerely apologize for that. We want to assure you that our commitment to esports remains unwavering and your passion, love and support mean the world to us. Thank you for being a part of the iQOO esports community. The Game is still on, warriors”.

Some of the upcoming teams like SkullTZ Esports and Dark Spirits Esports were playing their first LAN event and had put forth consistent performances in the previous stages but now will have to set their eyes on the upcoming LAN events, one of them being the BGMI India Series (BGIS) 2024 event.
