In a recent turn of events, the iQOO BGMI Pro Series LAN Event 2024 received a major twist. The Last Chance Qualifier stage has been scrapped, meaning all finalists from the iQOO Pro Series will lock horns directly at the LAN event scheduled from February 22nd-24th, 2024 at the Noida Indoor Stadium.

Initially, iQOO declared that 16 BGMI squads would contest at the LAN Event, including the top 11 teams from the Pro Series Finals, two invited outfits (Soul and GodLike), and the top three sides from the LCQ. With the LCQ phase removed, the 16 lineups from the Pro Series 2024 Finals and special invitees Soul and GodLike will clash in the three-day, INR 40 lakh contest.

The iQOO BGMI Pro Series so far

Entity Gaming, led by Saumraj, emerged winners of the Pro Series Finals held on January 31st and February 1st, 2024. They will now strive to continue their form and clinch their first major BGMI title at the LAN Event. Team Soul secured second place at the Pro Series Finals. Team XSpark and NinjaJod earned fifth position at the Pro Series and will be hoping to build on their momentum.

While sides like Blind, Hydra, OR struggled at the Pro Series, they will view the LAN Event as an opportunity to redeem themselves. Disappointing showings from Gods Reign, Revenant and GodLike means the squads have it all to do at the LAN tournament.
