Godlike Esports is one of the well known esports organizations in India. Its Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) lineup has had mixed performances over the years. It made significant changes to its BGMI roster at the end of the 2023 BGMI season but its performance in the 2024 season has not been upto the mark. Godlike Esports has yet again made some changes to its BGMI roster and revealed its lineup for the upcoming iQOO India League 2024 BGMI LAN event.
Godlike Esports adds Apollo to its BGMI lineup for iQOO India League 2024 LAN event
Godlike Esports has made significant changes to its BGMI lineup since November 2023. Gunjan “Jelly” Thakur was signed by the organization in November 2023 as an In Game Leader (IGL) and Aditya “Aditya” Mathe in December 2023 as an assaulter to its BGMI lineup. It has now been revealed that it has also added Nishant “Apollo” for the iQOO India League 2024 LAN.
This is Godlike Esports’ lineup for the iQOO India League 2024 BGMI LAN event:
Jonathan “Jonathan” Amaral.
Gunjan “Jelly” Thakur.
Abhishek “Zgod” Choudhary.
Aditya “Aditya” Mathe.
Nishat “Apollo”.
Godlike Esports has been inconsistent in the 2024 BGMI season so far. It was able to grab a podium finish in only one of the nine tournaments played so far. It was also unable to grab a spot in the ESL BGMI Snapdragon Pro Series 2024 LAN event which was also the first major BGMI LAN event of the 2024 BGMI season.
Apollo is one of the clutch players in the BGMI esports scene and has made significant contributions to his ex team, Revenant Esports. Revenant enjoyed success in the 2023 BGMI season as it was able to grab a podium finish in the Skyesports Champion 5.0 event and a top 5 spot in the India - Korea Invitational event. He has secured multiple match Most Valuable Player (MVP) performances and was the MVP of the Rooter Invitational Series in 2022.
It will be interesting to see how Apollo fits in the Godlike Esports BGMI lineup as the team already has two assaulters in Jonathan and Aditya in its starting playing four.
