L3bron Rants About a Team Manager’s Unprofessional Behavior

Raven “L3bron” Alonzo, Rumble Royale talent and one of the popular streamers in the Philippines, publicly criticized a Mobile Legends team manager for their unprofessional behavior. According to the streamer, he was contacted by a team manager, offering him to be a part of their MPL team.

The streamer mentioned that the manager was being rude to him during their negotiations through a video call. The streamer also stated that during the video call, the manager didn’t turn on his camera.

“You said we're going to have a meeting to talk about the arrangements and the possible negotiations. At the start, you were being disrespectful since you said video call so we can see each other but I was the only one who turned on my cam,” stated L3bron.

He also added that when the video call started, a foreigner intervened in the other line and made rude comments, saying that “if he can’t decide now, drop him.”

“It was only the beginning of the meeting with the foreigner manager, someone said "If he can't decide now, drop him." Is that how we do meetings? Is that professional?” stated L3bron.

The streamer refused to disclose who the MPL team manager he is referring to in his post. He ended his statements by encouraging other esports teams to be respectful and professional when negotiating with esports pros.
