Filipino Streamer Mavsyyy Considers Moving to Canada and Focus on His Long Term Goals

Popular variety streamer and vlogger, Maverick “Mavsyyy” Ignacio revealed that he is planning on going back to Canada to process his green card and focus on his long-term goals. This was first revealed in one of Setsuna “Akosi Dogie” Ignacio’s vlogs where they talked about why Mavsyyy needs to go back to Canada and leave his streaming career here in the Philippines. Mavsyyy clarified that he won’t be leaving just yet, but he is still unsure when he can return to the Philippines once he leaves. Mavsyyy plans to return to Canada

Nexplay EVOS pro player and vlogger, Setsuna “Akosi Dogie” Ignacio revealed that one of his good friends and fellow streamer, Maverick “Mavsyyy” Ignacio will be traveling back to Canada to process his green card and focus on his long-term goals in building a family.

In the vlog, Mavsyyy explained that he is going back to the Philippines but before that, he wants to marry his partner so he can take her to Canada along with their daughter. He also clarified that he won’t be leaving soon, as he still has a lot of things to do in the Philippines before he can travel back to Canada.

When Akosi Dogie asked the reason as to why he is leaving, he stated that he’s not earning enough to support his family. This is why he wants to travel to Canada and find a job while also doing livestreams on the side.

“My earnings aren’t enough, now that I have a family. Back when I was single, it was good enough,” stated Mavsyyy.

Mavsyyy made a follow-up video further elaborating on his plans on moving back to Canada and continuing his streaming career there with his family. He stated that his earnings in the Philippines are good enough but he wants a much more secure way to earn money as he is not sure when his streaming career might end.

“What I earn in the Philippines is enough, with a small change. But what if it’s all over? What if I no longer stream?” stated Mavsyyy.

He is weighing on whether he wants to build a business in the Philippines or fly back to Canada. Mavsyyy believes that the best course of action right now for him is to travel back to Canada and focus on his long-term goals before heading back to the Philippines.

The streamer also stated that he will still continue streaming and doing vlogs when he goes to Canada so fans won’t be missing out on his content too much.
