It seems 2023 is off to a rough start as Call of Duty Mobile (COD Mobile) has mysteriously disappeared from the Apple App Store across the globe. This suspected removal is not endemic to India and has been reported by multiple users from different parts of the world. Notably, the game is still available on Google Play Store for all Android users worldwide to install and update.
COD Mobile has disappeared from the Apple App Store and is currently unavailable to download
One of the most popular mobile titles, Call of Duty Mobile, has mysteriously disappeared from the Apple App Store all across the world and it has tensed the mobile gaming community because no reason has been publicly provided behind this suspected sudden removal.
No result shows up in the Apple App Store when 'COD Mobile' or 'Call of Duty Mobile' is searched. However, when the same is typed on Google, a link to the Apple App Store still pops up but it seems to be broken because the user simply gets redirected to a webpage reading 'Connecting'.
On the other hand, COD Mobile still continues to be available worldwide for all Android users via the Google Play Store.
While the reason behind this disappearance is not known at this point in time and no official statements have been published by any of the parties involved, according to the popular Twitter page 'Call of Duty: Mobile Leaks & News' this unavailability could be just an error.
Further, the upcoming Call of Duty title for mobile devices which will release sometime in 2023 - COD Warzone Mobile remains unaffected, users can still pre-register for the game across both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
