The Myanmar powerhouse, Burmese Ghouls has unveiled its team roster for the upcoming Games of the Future 2024 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) event. The squad shall feature a mix of Myanmar and Filipino players. As the sole representative of its region, Burmese Ghouls is aiming to dominate the competition and showcase the talent and synergy within its new and improved roster.

Dlar and Saxa join Burmese Ghouls for Games of the Future 2024 MLBB event

Through an Instagram post, Burmese Ghouls officially announced its roster for the upcoming Games of the Future (GOF) 2024 MLBB tournament, to be hosted in Russia this 26th February 2024.

“We will be doing our best to make the Ghouls proud, so we invite you to continue to watch and support the Burmese Ghouls team,” the post captioned.

The roster features two Filipino imports - former Team SMG player Kenneth "Saxa" Fedelin and Gerald "Dlar" Trinchera, a former EVOS Legends talent. A Filipino coach - Steve "Dale" Vitug, is also set to lead the squad.

Myanmar members include Hein "Niko" Htet, Htet "Stitch" Aung, Kyaw "Blink" Thuya, and the assistant coach Thet "LynnXDaddy" Htut.

The Games of the Future 2024 MLBB event is one of the events featured in the multi-game tournament hosted in Kazan, Russia. The upcoming international event will feature 16 invited teams from around the world. Teams in the GOF 2024 MLBB event shall compete for the highly coveted lion's share of the $1 million USD prize pool.

The tournament has extended its invitations to various powerhouse teams in the MLBB esports scene including Burmese Ghouls, AP.Bren, Blacklist International, ONIC Esports, and many more. China shall also join the competition with its top representative, KeepBest Gaming. 

It will be interesting to see how Burmese Ghouls performs in the upcoming Games of the Future MLBB event, considering it will be up against the best of the best teams from around the world.
