Blacklist International EDWARD Honored as 12th MPL PH Hall of Legends Inductee

The star EXP Laner of Blacklist International, Edward "EDWARD" Dapadap received the honor of being part of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Hall of Legends inductees. The great athletes recognized at the award event will have their names inscribed as the pioneers of the MLBB esports industry in the Philippines. Based on pillars like Strength, Contribution, and Legacy, the inductees were chosen. The MLBB community as a whole provided the votes for the award presentation. With the prestigious title awarded to him, EDWARD stands in the Hall of Fame alongside his allies Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna and Danerie "Wise" Rosario.

The honor of being the next name to be engraved in the MPL PH Hall of Legends goes to Blacklist International’s star EXP Laner, EDWARD, widely known as Agent Zero. 

The MPL Philippines will induct an icon every season as part of the initiatives to honor players and coaches who have had an impact on the league.

"Edward had successfully proven that he possesses the qualities that an MPL legend should have. He showcased strength in every MLBB gameplay, made remarkable contributions in diversifying and rewriting the Philippine meta, and brought legacy with multiple championships that solidified the country's position in the competitive mobile esports map," says Keith Medrano, MOONTON Games regional PR manager.

Edward achieved a plethora of championship finishes and achievements like the MPL PH Season 7 championship title and finals MVP award, the M3 World Championship, the MPL PH Season 8 championship, and the MPL PH Season 10 championship. By setting an example of how an esports player may use MLBB revenue to construct his dream home, he has also motivated thousands of followers. 

Ten of the most memorable MPL Philippines figures who helped to define the MLBB esports industry in the Philippines were honored as MPL Philippines introduced the inaugural Hall of Legends last year. 

The first inductees were Joshua "Ch4knu" Mangilog, Setsuna “Dogie” Ignacio, Karl "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno, Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna, RSG PH coach Brian “Panda” Lim, Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel, Christian "Rafflesia" Fajura, Carlito "Ribo" Jr., Danerie "Wise" Rosario, and Jeniel "YellyHaze" Bata-Anon.

Meanwhile, Manjean "Manjean" Faldas was awarded as the honorary inductee for being the "Face" of MPL Philippines.
