Bigetron Era Crowned the Champion of Skyesports SEA Championship MLBB

The expansion of Skyesports in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, with Ampverse as its partner, has resulted in many new opportunities for the tournament organizer from India.

The most recent development for Skyesports was its entrance into a new competitive mobile gaming title, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), for which a female tournament was organized, Skyesports SEA Championship MLBB, featuring a total prize pool of $10,000 USD (INR 8,26,761).

This tournament has been won by the female MLBB team, Bigetron Era. The team is part of a multi-game organization from Indonesia that also operates other MLBB teams like Bigetron Alpha, Bigetron Beta, and Bigetron Singapore.

Skyesports had invited a total of ten female MLBB teams from the SEA region to compete in this online tournament, fighting for a total prize pool of $10,000 from 12^th to 18^th December.

Even though this was the first time ever that Skyesports was organizing an MLBB tournament, the production value was quite high and everything was conducted in an efficient manner.

The female teams delivered some high-octane MLBB action through some memorable and really intense matches across the Group Stage and Playoffs.

Bigetron Era was there to dominate and set out to achieve this objective from the very first match, as it won all five Group Stage matches one after the other to go 5-0 and top Group A. The team directly qualified for the Upper Bracket Semifinals in the Playoffs.

Even in the Playoffs, Bigetron Era continued its winning streak up until the grand final. The team performed a clean sweep against RRQ Mika and GPX Basreng, before facing the latter again in the best-of-seven finals.

Despite stealing one game in its favor, GPX Basreng was far from the level of competition that Bigetron Era brought to the table and this was very evident from the team's gameplay throughout the entirety of the Skyesports SEA Championship MLBB.

Bigetron Era played a total of 14 games in this tournament, winning 13 of them and dropping just one, registering a win rate of over 92% and remaining undefeated all the way till the very last series.

With a successful end to this MLBB tournament, it will be interesting to see what all does Skyesports have in store for the SEA region next year.
