Nexplay Esports Seeks to Revamp their MLBB Team Roster

Nexplay Esports’ head coach Akosi Dogie revealed a few of their plans after their unsuccessful run in the MPL PH Season 7 through a vlog post on YouTube. The coach stated that they will be implementing massive changes to their Mobile Legends team roster, starting with relocating their Bootcamp somewhere in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Philippines. Dogie also stated that he will be looking for potential free agents or pro players they can buy out to join their team.

"We were just waiting for the playoffs to finish and we will look at the available free agents and the players we can buy out," stated Dogie in his vlog.

Dogie also mentioned his frustrations with their Internet Service Provider, stating that he will be looking for a new ISP when they relocate their Bootcamp. However, he has not revealed the reason as to why he wants to switch to a new ISP.

“This is just my opinion. I’m no longer happy with Converge,” stated Dogie.

Dogie then added that the players from the main team who will be replaced in the future will probably play for their second team.

"There will be players who are going to be left out of the lineup. They will probably play for our second team," Dogie explained.

The head coach also revealed that they already have their eyes on some potential candidates. However, Dogie refuses to reveal them until the time is right.

Nexplay Esports, despite their popularity, is yet to acquire an MPL PH title. It would be interesting to see if they can finally grab an MPL PH title after revamping their Mobile Legends team roster.
