John Rambo May Be Coming to COD Mobile

An Activision teaser video has been released for the upcoming COD mobile operator, which may be John Rambo from the Rambo movie franchise. The new trailer, which was released on May 10, revealed that Activision would be releasing a new operator for Call of Duty Mobile and two other franchises, namely Warzone and Cold War. Although Activision hasn't confirmed Rambo as an upcoming operator, fans are now excited as the trailer suggests the new operator's release date is May 20. Here is more information on the new COD Mobile operator.

New Operator Coming to COD Mobile

The new operator has been teased for quite some time in the official social media handles of COD Mobile, starting with a knife, red bandana, and an ammo belt near a swamp. The post also captioned “To survive a war...” which is a quote from the movie “Rambo: First Blood Part II” where John Rambo states “To survive a war, you gotta become war.”

A few days later, Activision further added more fuel to the hype by posting a teaser trailer of the upcoming new operator along with its release date and a caption “Become War” which is tied to the previous teaser. 

Despite a lot of easter eggs from the teaser trailer, Activision is yet to confirm that Rambo is the new operator coming this May 20, 2021. Players are still waiting for the big reveal in the near future.

New CoD Mobile Operator: Release Date

According to the latest teaser trailer, the new mysterious operator is coming to COD Mobile on May 20, 2021, 7 days before the COD Mobile Season 4 update drops.

If the new operator is indeed Rambo, this would be the first time COD Mobile has a character from outside the Call of Duty franchise. It would be interesting to see new characters from different movie franchises in the game.
