Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Announced

Call of Duty Mobile (CODM) has been rising in popularity this year. With Season 12 soon to end, a good way to welcome Season 13 is with a new tournament, the Call of Duty Mobile India Cup. Hosted by Loco, Indias popular game streaming platform, this tournament is one of the biggest CODM tournaments in India with a prize pool of 35,00,000 INR.

CODM India Cup Details

The tournament will have two divisions, the Professional Cup where esports professionals compete for a prize pool of 25,00,000 INR, and the Open Cup where CODM fans from India can register and compete for a prize pool of 10,00,000 INR. 

In the pro league, the 20 teams will compete with each other to earn the Call of Duty Mobile India cup and the grand prize money. 

If you are over 18+ years, you can apply as a team and participate in the open tournament to be played in 5v5 mode. The top 16 teams from the open tournament will be accompanied by four invited CODM esports professionals.     

Tournament Prizes

The prizes for the India Cup Professional League is as follows;

  • 1st Place - 10,00,000 INR
  • 2nd Place - 5,00,000 INR
  • 3rd Place - 3,00,000 INR
  • 4th Place - 2,00,000 INR
  • 5th Place - 1,00,000 INR
  • 6th Place - 1,00,000 INR
  • 7th Place - 50,00 INR
  • 8th Place - 50,000 INR
  • MVP - 1,00,000 INR
  • Play of the Tournament - 50,000 INR
  • Most Kills  - 50,000 INR

The prizes for the India Cup Open League is as follows;

  • 1st Place - 5,00,000 INR
  • 2nd Place - 2,50,000 INR
  • 3rd Place - 1,50,000 INR
  • 4th Place - 1,00,000 INR

Tournament Schedule

The Call of Duty Mobile India Open Cup will be held on Jan. 2 until Jan. 24, 2021. Here is the schedule for the event;

  • 1st Round: Jan. 2 - 9
  • 2nd Round: Jan. 11 - 14
  • 3rd Round: Jan. 16 - 17
  • 4th Round: Jan. 18
  • 5th Round: Jan. 21
  • 6th Round: Jan 22
  • 7th & 8th Round: Jan. 23
  • Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Grand Finals: Jan. 24

The Call of Duty India Professional Cup will be held on Feb. 2 until Feb. 14, 2021. No additional information has been released for this event aside from the date.
