Call of Duty: Mobile wins ‘Best Mobile Game’ at The Game Awards 2019

It’s been a crazy year for Call of Duty: Mobile as the title has found unprecedented success and has been a massive hit among gamers. With over 140 Million downloads in its first week and $54 Million in revenue it was the largest mobile game launch in history. Since then, the game has now been downloaded over 176 Million times in just a matter of just two and half months. 

The success has been noticed by many across the world and the game won Google Play’s Best game of 2019 along with the User’s Choice award for best game. In the recently concluded Game Awards 2019, the title won another award in the best mobile game category. The Game Awards is one of the premier awards shows in the gaming and esports industry and it is a big honor for the studio and the publisher both. Other prominent winners at the Gamer Awards 2019 include PC and console titles such as Disco Elysium, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Death Stranding.
