The PMCO South Asia Regional Qualifiers came to an end with Entity Gaming being crowned the victors. The team got off to a blistering start on Day 1, but then fell flat on day 2. However on the final day, a 17 kill WWCD on Vikendi allowed the team to regain pole position and establish themselves as the top Indian team out there. In addition to the 60,000 USD, the team will be representing the region in the PMCO Fall Championship, main event, along with Team SouL, who finished in second place.

MortaL and Viper will return to the main stage in Malaysia, as the two managed to qualify for the main event for the second time along with SouL. Despite losing two key players to Fnatic, SouL showed that they still are the top dogs in the region, putting in some big performances to qualify for the main event. The team was the only one in the top 5 who didn’t get a chicken dinner, but pulled through with their consistency and stability. Their second place finish means that the team will take home 30,000 USD.

SynerGE, Team INS and Team IND finished in 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively and will be representing South Asia in the Prelims leading up to the main event. All three teams were relatively consistent with SynerGE picking up 3 chicken dinners across the 18 games. Team INS pulled out a big win on the final map to secure their place in the top 5 while Team IND will play at the Prelims stage a second time after having qualified during the Spring Championship as well.
