Apex Legends Mobile has released in ten countries and its availability will expand over the coming months.
The game is available on both Android and iOS but it is not compatible with all smartphones.

Apex Legends Mobile is finally here and it is rolling out in some countries and is expected to be available globally in the coming months. Both Google Play and the iTunes App Store won’t let you download the game if you don’t meet the minimum requirements. Which devices are supported by Apex Legends Mobile?

Here are the minimum requirements to run Apex Legends Mobile

Android

  • Android 8.1 or later

  • CPU: Snapdragon 450

  • At least 3GB Ram*

  • At least 3GB of storage space

  • Screen sizes: N/L/XL

If you have a 2GB Ram device from Vivo, Oppo, Huawei, Motorola, Samsung, Lenovo, or Xiaomi, you may be able to download the game.

iOS

  • iPhone 6S or later

  • OS version: 10.0 or later

  • CPU: A9

  • At least 2GB Ram

  • At least 3GB of storage space

How to change devices without losing profile data in Apex Legends

If you are upgrading your smartphone and want to change devices, there are two ways to do so.

If you still have access to your existing smartphone, you can contact customer support for assistance with data transfer in-game.

  1. When you launch the game, tap the ? in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Go to Settings, then tap the Avatar icon next to the Logout button.

  3. Go to Settings, tap Privacy & Legal, then under Customer Service tap Help.

How to find or backup your Apex Legends Mobile ID

  1. Tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner.

  2. Under Profile, find your username. You’ll see your ID above it.

  3. Click the document icon to copy the ID.

  2. Submit your ID and ask for assistance with data transfer to your new smartphone

  3. Furnish all necessary details to get your game data transferred to your new device

Apex Legends Mobile is now available on Android and iOS in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia. Other regions will receive the game in the coming months. Pre-registrations are available on Android and iOS in case you want to be notified when the game releases.
