Respawn Entertainment has finally come forth with some new information regarding Apex Legends Mobile, since having conducted their closed beta tests in Indonesia, Phillippines, and Malaysia last year. In a public statement released by the developers earlier today, plans about a limited regional launch have been revealed for a total of 10 countries, including Southeast Asian (SEA) countries like Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
This limited regional launch of Apex Legends Mobile is aimed towards gathering information about the in-game systems, features, and more prior to the global launch.
Pre-registrations for the game have already begun for both Android and iOS users. The users selected for this limited launch would be able to download the game, via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, for their respective devices.

The limited regional launch for Apex Legends Mobile is finally here, seven months after the closed beta testing was conducted in 2021. While the entire game will not be available for the players to try out, developers have revealed that during this trial period the following characters will be available for testing,

Release Date
Apex Legends Mobile's limited regional launch is set to go live next week onwards and will be running throughout the spring season. Though no exact date has been announced by the developers so far, the pre-registrations are already live across both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

How to Download
The pre-registration for the limited regional launch of Apex Legends Mobile is already live on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. So interested players from the countries listed above can go ahead and register themselves.
For this test version, the developers have strictly warned that the game should not be sideloaded through a third party website or via direct APK download.
As for the global launch of Apex Legends Mobile, the developers have said that "We’ll be sharing updates on global launch once we’ve made informed decisions coming out of the limited regional launch".
Mobile Devices That Will Run Apex Legends Mobile
As the game is still under development and is being optimized to run across multiple devices, for now, Android devices with less than 3GB RAM and iOS devices with less then 2GB RAM will not support Apex Legends Mobile during the limited region test.
Other than this, players will be able able to enjoy the game on their devices, if this criteria is met.

Additionally, the developers have stated that the cross-play feature with PC and Console will not be available as Apex Legends Mobile is being built specifically for mobile devices.
