Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022 Knockouts: Schedule, Results, Key Events

Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022 Knockout Stage will feature the eight qualified teams from the group stage competing for the first world championship title and the lion’s share of the 2 Million USD prize pool. Additionally, 25% of all Majestic Empress Morgana skin sales shall be equally distributed to all the teams who qualified for the Knockout Stage of the Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022. The tournament is being held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Center in Singapore.

Knockout Stage Bracket

The final stage will feature four Chinese teams, three Southeast Asian (SEA) teams, and one South Korean team vying for the top spot.

The eight teams who will be competing in the Knockout Stage include the following;

• China: Nove Esports

• China: J Team

• China: FunPlus Phoenix

• China: JD Gaming

• South Korea: Rolster Y

• Vietnam: Team Flash

• Philippines: Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ)

• Taiwan: Flash Wolves

All contenders representing China have qualified for the Knockout Stage and are seeded to face non-Chinese teams in the bracket.

Format

The final phase of the world series shall kick off from 1st July to 9th July. The quarterfinals and semifinals shall be played in a Bo5 series while the grand finals shall be a Bo7 match. The recently released champions Nautilus and Pyke shall be banned from the tournament and cannot be played.

The Knockout Stage of the Wild Rift Icons Global Championship 2022 shall be broadcasted through the official Twitch and YouTube channels. Live broadcasts for local languages for the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, and Japan will also be hosted through their official streaming handles.
