Snoop Dogg is set to make an appearance in Call of Duty: Warzone, Vanguard and Mobile starting 1st April.
A special Doggfather bundle will be available across all three titles but COD: Mobile players seem to be getting the short end of the stick.
The bundle for Mobile players will allow players to gamble for a chance of getting the cosmetic instead of outright purchasing it.

Snoop Dogg is set to return to Call of Duty as a brand new operator in Call of Duty Vanguard, Warzone and COD: Mobile. But it looks like the collaboration event has not been well-received by everyone. Snoop Dogg is set to get three cosmetic bundles across the three Call of Duty games next month. But the pricing of the bundle leaves a lot to be desired.

Why are fans upset over the Snoop Dogg bundle in Call of Duty: Mobile

Snoop Dogg is returning to Call of Duty after making an appearance almost a decade ago. This time around, he is coming as an operator known as the “Doggfather.” But unlike the console and PC version of the game, the cosmetic bundle for Mobile players is quite different.

Starting 1st April 2022, COD: Mobile players can acquire the operator skin via a bizarre lucky draw system. Those looking to grab the cosmetic will have to try their luck in order to get the item. If your luck is bad, you could be spending a lot more than $20, which is the price of the cosmetic bundle in Vanguard and Warzone.

To make things worse, Warzone and Vanguard bundles come with 10 different Snoop-themed items while the COD: Mobile bundle comes with a skin and an SMG blueprint. Having to spend on random microtransactions in order to get skins from a limited-time event is not going to sit well with many fans.

In Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone, the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle will be available from 19th April. The Warzone and Vanguard Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle will include ten items with three items being exclusive to Vanguard. The bundle includes a full Operator progression track. Rewards across these 20 levels of Operator progression include Weapon XP for Snoop’s preferred weapon from Vanguard, three alternate outfits, and other cosmetic items.

This is not the first time Snoop Dogg has dropped into Call of Duty. Veteran fans will remember his Snoop Dogg Voiceover Pack in Call of Duty: Ghosts. The new bundle will also include special voicelines as part of his Operator skin.
