In Palworld, you can reset your character's stats using a consumable called Memory Wiping Medicine. However, it's important to note that you can't respec your technology points at this time and we don't know if Pocket Pair Inc. will allow us to respec technology points in a future update. Here's a quick rundown of how to unlock the Memory Wiping Medicine to respec your character's stats in Palworld.
How to Unlock the Respec Feature in Palworld
To get access to the respec feature, you need to reach level 43. This is the earliest you can access the necessary tools to reset your stats.
Unlock the Electric Medicine Workbench: This requires 3 Technology Points and costs:
40 Refined Ingots
10 Circuit Boards
20 Carbon Fibers
Crafting the Memory Wiping Medicine:
Once you have the workbench, you can craft the medicine, which requires:
99 Beautiful Flowers (found at Power Sanctuaries)
50 Horns
50 Bones
50 Pal Fluids
How to Reset Your Stats in Palworld
To reset your stats, all you need to do is consume the Memory Wiping Medicine from your inventory. This will set all your stat points back to zero, giving you a clean slate to allocate them.
The Respec Feature May Be Bugged Right Now
We do not recommend resetting your character at this time. Some players have reported a bug where resetting stats prevents them from re-allocating any points, leaving their character unusable. This glitch appears to be rare, but be aware of the possibility before resetting. If you have a lot of progress on your account, the risk is simply not worth it.
This process is resource-intensive, so make sure you have enough materials before attempting it. You can't take back stat points or technology points once spent, so choose wisely if you do not want to repeat the respec process all over again.
