How to Unlock Relics in Honkai Star Rail

To unlock relics, players need to reach Trailblaze level 14. Once they achieve this level, they must complete the "Once Fallen in the Abyss" quest located in Jarilo-VI. By successfully finishing this quest, players gain access to these useful relics. To guide players through this process, the game introduces a short tutorial on relics and how to equip them.

To initiate the tutorial, players need to approach Natasha in the Great Mine and begin a conversation with her. 

All players will have the opportunity to obtain two sets of Musketeer relics, typically available to all players. However, if you're seeking more powerful and advanced relics, you'll need to reach Trailblaze level 24 or higher.

How to Get Relics in Honkai Star Rail

Honkai Star Rail provides multiple avenues to acquire relics. 

Completing Cavern of Corrosion quests

One of the most highly recommended and effective methods for farming relics in Honkai Star Rail is by completing Cavern of Corrosion. Many experienced players vouch for this method due to its reliability and rewarding outcomes. To access these quests, players must spend 40 Trailblaze Power, and upon successful completion, they are rewarded with valuable relics. However, it's important to note that unlocking the Cavern of Corrosion requires players to make progress in the main storyline and attain a Trailblaze level of 24.

Leveling up your Trailblaze Level: Upon reaching specific Trailblaze levels, players have the opportunity to acquire relics as level rewards from Pom Pom. 

Crafting from Synthesizer: When you reach Equilibrium Level 3, you can unlock a new feature in Omini Synthesizer which allows you to craft custom Relics.

While there are other ways of unlocking relics like completing missions, opening treasures, playing the Simulated Universe or Echoes of war, or by exploring the world, they are not too reliable and usually only give out low-tier relics.
