For now, Honkai Star Rail can only be experienced on iOS, Android, and PC. But PlayStation players will be interested to know that the game supports cross-progression, allowing those on PC, Android, and iOS to maintain the same account across these platforms. This means that when the game eventually lands on PS5 and PS4, you may be able to hit the ground running if you’ve already leveled up characters and picked up plenty of resources, provided you log in with the same account. Of course, this is just speculation for now, as there’s no way of knowing whether the PS5 and PS4 versions of Honkai Star Rail will feature the same cross-platform support.
Past leaks suggested that we might receive Honkai: Star Rail on PlayStation consoles sooner than we once expected. In a tweet from HSR Stuff, it was suggested that HSR would arrive on PS5 and PS4 with version 1.1. However, the rumor didn’t hold up. The 1.1 update launched on June 7 without expansion to PS4 and PS5 consoles.
