If you're a player of Honkai: Star Rail and looking to conquer the challenges of Memory of Chaos Stage, you're in the right place. Version 1.2 has brought new challenges, but with the right strategies and team compositions, you'll be well-equipped to tackle them head-on.
How to Beat Memory of Chaos
Forgotten Hall is a composition of two distinct facets: Memory and Memory of Chaos. Memory acts as the foundation, comprising 15 permanent stages that must be conquered to unlock the subsequent challenge, Memory of Chaos. Similar in concept to Genshin Impact's Spiral Abyss, Memory of Chaos is a rotating set of 10 stages that changes every few weeks.
A crucial aspect of the current rotation's dynamics is the Memory Turbulence effect. Triggered at the start of each cycle, this phenomenon deals significant damage to all enemies currently suffering from DoT effects. Prepare your teams accordingly, utilizing DoT strategies to amplify your advantage during battles.

Best Teams and Characters
During the current rotation, seize the opportunity to magnify DoT effects in battles. From 21 August to 4 September, enemies inflicted with DoTs will suffer 200% damage from all DoT effects at the start of each cycle. Leverage this advantage and refine your strategy to ensure your enemies meet their fate.
For the first half, you might consider team setups like Jing Yuan DPS, Kafka DoT, or even a F2P team that balances characters like Serval, Trailblazer (Fire), Asta, and Natasha. In the second half, Blade DPS or Yanqing DPS teams could prove effective, along with F2P teams featuring characters like Dan Heng, Yukong, Herta, and March 7th.
Rewards
Every stage, regardless of its Chaos classification, presents three objectives. Two involve completing battles within a specified number of cycles and achieving victory without any character casualties. Fulfilling these objectives yields Insignias, with every three Insignias granting 200 Stellar Jade and 20,000 Credits.
