Basic Attack: Lucent Moonglow – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy and gains one stack of ‘New Moon.’
Skill: Transcendent Flash – Deals Ice DMG equivalent to Jingliu’s ATK stats and gains two stacks of New Moon.
Ultimate: Precipitous Blossoms, Fleeting as Stellar Dreams – Deals Ice DMG to one enemy and surrounding enemies. If Jingliu is in the ‘Transcendence’ state, she gains two stacks of ‘Moonlight’ after attacking. If not, she gains two stacks of ‘New Moon.’
Talent: Crescent Transmigration – With four stacks of ‘New Moon’, Jingliu will enter Transcendence and gain one extra turn. In this state, New Moon is converted to Moonlight and Jingliu gains a new skill called Moon of Glacial River. When using this skill, Jingliu will consume a certain portion of the allies’ HP and be converted to ATK. Once the stacks drop to 0, Jingliu will exit the state of Transcendence.
Technique – Jingliu gains two stacks of ‘New Moon’ at the beginning of a battle.
Enhanced Skill: Moon on Glacial River – Deals Ice DMG equivalent to Jingliu’s ATK to a single target and surrounding enemies.
When will Jingliu release in Honkai Star Rail?
Jingliu has yet to receive an official release date. According to leaks, however, Jingliu's is set to be introduced in Honkai Star Rail version 1.4 on October 2023.
