In Honkai Star Rail Opportunity Makes the Thief Part 2 is the mission of Yarilo-VI's adventure and part of the event "Book of Rarities of the Museum of Local Lore". As part of it, you will need to help Pele hold the opening of the Hall of Industry and find all the details of the sculpture.
The History and Culture Museum was inaugurated in the Administrative District of Belobog following the release of the Version 1.1 update. Players have the honor of running the Star Rail Museum in Honkai because they saved the world and are tasked with making it well-known and attracting a ton of new visitors.
How to find all the Gears and Wisdom pieces
Players' first task after this mission unlocks is to speak with Pela in the museum. They proceed to the reception area where Pela is waiting. Talk to her by approaching her. Pela leaves this conversation and walks to the Industrial Hall, where you now have a new task to meet her.
From the museum's lobby, proceed to the Industrial Hall. A quest marker will be on the ground in this location. To engage Pela in conversation, step on the marker. She tells you that the empty space you are in front of is supposed to be the location of a sculpture called Gears and Wisdom during this exchange. Pela claims that it was stolen and that the Robot Settlement in the Underworld contains hints as to its whereabouts.
Speak with Clara initially when you arrive at the Robot Settlement. According to Clara, there are problems with the robots in the Robot Settlement and asks you to look into the robots.
After speaking with Clara, a new objective to look into the broken robots will be activated. These machines can be found near the Robot Settlement area. Approach the first robot and go up to it. You'll start a fight. Clara will examine the robot once you finish the battle. She discovers an odd component within that was taken from Wisdom and Gears.
After this players will encounter more robots that will drop additional pieces of the Gears and Wisdom sculpture. Once you’ve collected 13/50 you will need to solve a special puzzle, the solution to which has been attached below

After completing the puzzle, players will still be short on the pieces and the quest will direct you to talk to Svarog. Head to the upper location and approach Savrog who is standing with two children. As you approach you will trigger an interaction. The children have a batch of parts from the museum’s sculpture.
Make your way back to the museum. Go to the Industrial Hall exhibit area where you met Pela and interact with the quest marker there. This causes you to rebuild Gears and Wisdom. This allows the Industrial Hall to be opened to the public. You also get Clara as a hired assistant and 50000x new development funds.
