Memory Turbulence Effect: After a character unleashes an Ultimate or a follow-up attack, deals Additional DMG of a random Type equal to 60% of the attacking character's ATK to the enemy target for 4 times.
1. Fu Xuan
Role: Tank/Healer/Support
Attributes: Strong damage mitigation, CRIT Rate, and HP boost for allies.
