Silverwolf in Honkai Star Rail is a Quantum Nihility character.
Silverwolf is unique due to her ability to apply weakness on enemies based on your team composition.
Here are five reasons why Silverwolf's rerun banner is still worth pulling in Honkai Star Rail.

The Silverwolf rerun in Honkai Star Rail will be released alongside Argenti’s banner on 5th December 2023. A lot of players are torn between the two characters due to their interesting kits. While Silverwolf in Honkai Star Rail is not a newly released character, her benefits as a Nihility debuffer are quite impressive even to this day. Aside from her defense shredding, she can also inflict a random element weakness on enemies based on your team composition. However, considering she is one of the earliest characters released in the game, a lot of players are curious if she is still relevant in the meta after so many support characters have been released. Here are five reasons why Silverwolf is still worth pulling in Honkai Star Rail.

5 reasons why the Silverwolf rerun in Honkai Star Rail is still worth pulling

1. One of a kind Nihility debuffer, for now

Her ability to inflict weakness to enemies based on your active party’s elements makes her quite a unique character. Silverwolf in Honkai Star Rail is the only character who currently possesses such an ability. This alone makes her worth pulling in her upcoming rerun banner.

2. Defense shredding

Similar to Pela, Silverwolf can also reduce an enemy’s defense. If you have the necessary light cones and characters, you can easily stack this debuff to as high as 100% defense reduction, ultimately making your enemy defenseless.

3. Bonus Effect Hit Rate Buff

For DoT (Damage Over Time) characters, Effect Hit Rate is a crucial stat to have. One of Silverwolf’s Trace provides all active allies in the party 10% additional Effect Hit Rate. This makes it easier to hit the minimum requirement or even guarantee a 100% Effect Hit Rate for the whole party.

Players should keep in mind that they should never exceed 100% Effect Hit Rate as the excess numbers would be useless. Consider investing in other stats if you are nearing 75% or above, considering all buffs from other sources.

4. Perfect for both veteran and new players

Silverwolf can fit into any team composition. She can also make any team composition work against any enemies due to her ability to inflict weakness on enemies based on your active party. If you are new to the game, you will not regret having Silverwolf in Honkai Star Rail.

If you are a veteran who missed her debut banner, having her means you won’t have to worry about forming one team for a specific enemy in Memory of Chaos or any type of content. A full Quantum team with a healer or tank is also now possible with Lynx and Fu Xuan.

5. Potential to get better in the future

For now, it’s a bit hard to form a team that can guarantee a 100% defense reduction debuff on enemies. However, as more content gets added to the game and more options to reduce an enemy’s defense are made available, Silverwolf’s potential may skyrocket, making her a valuable asset to invest in.

If you only aim for SIlverwolf to be a debuffer support, you can skip her Signature Light cone and opt to use F2P (Free-to-Play) versions such as the Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat, or Before the Tutorial Mission Starts.
