Pulcinella, also known by his codename "The Rooster," is a prominent figure within the mysterious organization known as the Fatui. As the fifth member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, he holds a position of great influence and power. In addition to his role as a Harbinger, Pulcinella serves as the Mayor of a bustling city in Snezhnaya, further showcasing his significance within the organization and the world of Teyvat.
In terms of appearance, Pulcinella is characterized by his distinctive white hair, mustache, rounded glasses, pointy nose, and ears. He is typically seen wearing a dark blue longcoat adorned with flared and feathered sleeves, complemented by baggy blue trousers and long flared shoes. Surrounding him is an aura of ice, symbolizing his connection to Snezhnaya or possibly indicating possession of a Cryo Vision or Delusion.
While Pulcinella's profile remains shrouded in mystery, it is known that he played a pivotal role in the recruitment of Tartaglia, also known as Ajax, into the ranks of the Fatui. Will Pulcinella be playable in Genshin Impact
For now, Hoyoverse is yet to officially confirm if players will be able to unlock Pulcinella in Genshin Impact as a playable character. However, there is a high chance that he may be a Domain Boss in future updates, considering Tartaglia and Senora were featured as Bosses in previous updates.
