Is Genshin Impact Multiplayer?
Genshin Impact has a multiplayer feature where players can invite their friends or join other players’ worlds. However, this feature will not be available for new players as it requires a specific Adventure Rank to unlock.
How to unlock Multiplayer Co-Op in Genshin Impact?
Players will need to reach Adventure Rank 16 in order to unlock Genshin Impact Multiplayer. However, there are certain limitations to Co-Op mode. A total of four players can fit in one party where they can explore the host’s world or clear Domains for rewards.

Play with friends
Players can tap on the Paimon icon at the top left side of the screen
Tap on the “Friends” option
Tap on the “Request to Join” button at the far right side of the their name
Play with random players
Tap on the circular icon next to the minimap

It is also important to note that Genshin Impact does not support cross-play. This means console players will not be able to play with their friends who are playing on Mobile or PC. However, PC players can play with Mobile players.
