Rukkhashava Mushroom Farming Guide
You should farm Rukkhashava Mushrooms in Genshin Impact only if you have Wanderer or Collei. Other characters do not use the resource currently so there is no reason to farm the mushrooms.

Getting every single mushroom is a nightmare so we decided to use a fast and efficient route instead that will get you around 45 Mushrooms in under 10 minutes. Full credits to YouTuber Kyostinv for finding this optimal route that you can use for farming the mushrooms.
You can follow the farming route and grab the 45 Mushrooms very easily. If you have friends who are willing to let you grab resources from their worlds as well, you can repeat the process and get even more mushrooms in a single day or else you will need to wait until they spawn again in 48 hrs from the time of farming.
In addition to being a local specialty of Sumeru, the Rukkhashava Mushrooms in Genshin Impact also have lore implications. After the memories of Rukkhashava were wiped from the minds of Sumeru’s citizens in the “Where the Boat of Consciousness Lies” quest, players noticed that there were some differences in the description:
