Genshindle is a web-based word guessing game based on the hit mobile gacha title from HoYoverse, Genshin Impact. The game revolves around players guessing a word correctly within six tries. One character name shall be featured every day with various hints given to players like their in-game dialogue or ability. While hints are provided, guessing the right character may still prove to be a challenge to some players.
Drawing inspiration from Josh Wardle’s hit-game, Wordle, Genshindle incorporates its captivating concept into an interactive online experience where players often share their everyday wins or brainstorm with other players to solve the daily mystery word.
How to play Genshindle
Players who are looking to join the challenge can head to the official Genshindle website. You can unlock up to two hints which will be unlocked on the 2nd and fourth try respectively. There are multiple game modes for players to choose from;
Normal: Players input a name and hints will be provided on how close your are to the right answer.
Endless: Guess as much as you can and see how far you can stretch your win streak.
Daily Quote: Everyday, a new quote will be provided as a hint and players must guess which character said it.
Daily Ability: Everyday, an ability icon will be provided as a hint and players must guess who has this ability.

Genshindle is developed by Discord user gutknecht. The web-based game has an official Twitter handle where the developer posts updates about the game as well as milestones reached. Back on 24th April, the Genshindle website reached 20k users and still continues to grow as the guessing game continues to add more features and game modes.
