Genshin Impact is known for its intricate quests, challenging puzzles, and captivating stories. For those who have been adventuring through the vast world of Teyvat for some time, you might remember the release of Version 2.0 back in 2021, which introduced the quest "The Farmer's Treasure." This quest, which rewarded players with a forgeable 4-star sword blueprint called the Amenoma Kageuchi, required the collection of four elusive old stone slates.

For newer players who missed out on this quest or veterans looking to craft this unique sword, we've got you covered with this comprehensive guide to locating all four old stone slates and unlocking the Amenoma Kageuchi craftable Sword in Genshin Impact.

The Farmer's Treasure Quest Overview

"The Farmer's Treasure" is a World Quest in Genshin Impact that involves saving a character named Saimon Jirou and collecting four old stone slates. Upon completing this quest, players are handsomely rewarded with the coveted Amenoma Kageuchi blueprint, a Northlander Sword Billet, and 60 Primogems.

Now, let's embark on a journey to find these elusive old stone slates scattered throughout the beautiful and mysterious region of Inazuma.

Old Stone Slate Locations

1. At the bottom of the well in Konda Village

To begin your quest, head to Konda Village, where you will find the first old stone slate at the bottom of a well. However, note that the well is initially locked. To unlock it, you must first complete another World Quest called "A Strange Story in Konda." This quest will lead you to the well's key.

Start by talking to a priestess near a fox statue at the entrance of Konda Village. Then proceed to gather hints from four NPCs within the village. Once you've collected all the necessary evidence and confronted the village chief, you'll obtain the key to the well. Inside the well, you'll discover a Luxurious Chest, and one of the old stone slates is located on top of a box beside the chest.

2. Under a small camp near Kamisato Estate

The second old stone slate is relatively easy to collect. From the teleport waypoint in Kamisato Estate, head northeast towards the beach and look for a big tree root. The old stone slate can be found behind this tree root, hidden beneath a small camp.

3. On top of a staircase inside Araumi Ruins

To find the third old stone slate, you must venture into the Araumi Ruins. To access these ruins, complete the "Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual" quest in the area and use the Memento Lens on the Earth Kitsune Statue near the entrance.

Once inside Araumi Ruins, navigate further inwards until you reach a staircase. The stone slate rests atop a pile of dirt at the top of the stairs.

4. Near the shipwreck inside Araumi Ruins

Continuing from the third stone slate's location, proceed further into the ruins until you reach the area marked on your map. The last stone slate can be found near a shipwreck in front of a teleport waypoint.

Completing "The Farmer's Treasure" Quest

After successfully collecting all four old stone slates and saving Saimon Jirou from bandits, you'll receive the "The Farmer's Treasure" quest in Genshin Impact. This quest is straightforward and doesn't involve complex puzzles. Here's a brief overview of its progression:

  1. Travel to Jinren Island and meet Saimon Jirou.

  2. Saimon Jirou will bluff about finding a non-existent fifth slate, leading to a confrontation.

  3. Save Saimon Jirou once more as bandits attempt to capture him, using your best DPS party to defeat waves of enemies.

  4. After finding the treasures, return Saimon Jirou to Konda Village to complete the quest.

As a reward for your efforts, you will receive 1x Northlander Sword Billet and the coveted Amenoma Kageuchi recipe. Head to the precious items tab in your inventory to learn the recipe.

The Amenoma Kageuchi requires 50x Amethyst Lump, 50x White Iron Chunk, and a Northlander Sword Billet for crafting. This exceptional weapon boasts ATK% as a sub-stat and the "Iwakura Succession" perk, which allows you to gain Succession Seeds through elemental skills. These seeds can be consumed to regenerate energy when using your burst/ultimate ability, making it a valuable addition to your arsenal.
