Genshin Impact Motherboard Troubleshooting: All Solutions From Stage 1 to 8 (Complete)

The Genshin Impact Motherboard Troubleshooting minigame is part of Thelxie’s Fantastic Adventures event. The event features a ton of fun activities as well as a slew of rewards including a a chance to unlock Freminet in the game. The Genshin Impact Motherboard Troubleshooting event tasks players with fixing broken circuits by aligning them properly. There are a total of 8 puzzles that players need to solve in order to claim all the rewards. However, these puzzles will be unlocked gradually with the first day providing two puzzles. 

While these puzzles may not prove challenging for most veteran players, some players who are not familiar with such puzzles may find it confusing. Here is the Genshin Impact Motherboard Troubleshooting guide for all solutions from Stage 1 to 8.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 0: Tutorial

This stage shows up during the Thelxie’s Fantastic Adventures event story quest. The puzzle is quite straightforward. Simply follow the steps provided and connect the circuits together to complete the tutorial stage. Press the button at the bottom right corner of the screen to test the circuit.

Keep in mind that there are a limited amount of equipable circuits in each puzzle.

You won’t gain rewards for completing this puzzle. However, completing the tutorial and finishing the first part of the story quest will unlock all the other minigames in Thelxie’s Fantastic Adventures event.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 1: Beginner Circuit Structure solution

In the Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 1, create a line that connects the star-shaped circuits to the broken circuit near the finish line. This will fix the broken line to successfully complete the debugging process.

Players will only need to successfully solve the puzzle in order to claim all the rewards. There is no other criteria or requirement so they can use all the equipable circuits they can without any issue as long as the puzzle gets solved.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 2: Beginner Open/Closed Principle solution

The Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 2 will require players to debug two circuits. Simply connect each circuit based on its number. The first circuit will fix the second circuit’s broken line.

Completing the second stage of the event will reward players with the following;

• 50,000 Mora

• 4 Varunada Lazurite Fragment

Players will only need to successfully solve the puzzle in order to claim all the rewards. There is no other criteria or requirement so they can use all the equipable circuits they can without any issue as long as the puzzle gets solved.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 3: Concise Synchronous Strategy solution

The Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 3 is pretty straightforward. In this stage, simply connect the circuits in their respective endpoints. Each broken line will be closed as each Thelxie travels through the circuit.

There are a total of 15 circuits that a player can use but not all of it is required to debug the motherboard. For this puzzle, a minimum of 6 circuits is needed for this Motherboard Troubleshooting stage.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 4: Ingenious Assemblage Ideas solution

in the Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 4, Connect Source I (green) directly to its endpoint. Have Source II (orange) circle through all the buttons before directing it to its endpoint. The Thelxie on Source I will wait for its partner on Source II to press the button and close the open line.

In this stage, players shall use a minimum of 13 circuits to successful debug the motherboard.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 5: Efficient Signal Distribution solution

In the stage, players need to make the two Thelxie move to the same circuit before going separate ways to reach their specific endpoints. Simply connect a circuit straight to Source II (orange).

Connect Source I (green) to the separator near Source II. The first Thelxie will activate all points to pave a way for the second one to complete the Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 5.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 6: Precise Sequential Ranking solution

The motherboard troubleshooting stage 6 is a bit tricky. Players will need to connect a line directly to Source I (green) first.

The Thelxie on Source II needs to be slowed down so as to not clash with the one in Source I (green). This means players will have to make a longer path before connecting it to the main circuit.

The goal is to have the Thelxie on Source I (green) arrive to its endpoint first before the second one takes over the circuit.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 7: Asynchronous Signal Processing solution

For the Motherboard troubleshooting stage 7, players will have to complete Source II (orange) first before the Thelxie on Source I (green). Make a longer line on Source I so the two penguins don't collide.

The Thelxie on Source II should arrive first in its destination followed by the one on Source I. The connectors will also change its path.

Motherboard Troubleshooting Stage 8: Current Length of Assembled Circuit solution

The Motherboard troubleshooting stage 8 is the final stage of the minigame. Players will have to make a slightly longer line for Source I (green) while Source II (orange) will have a straightforward path.

Make sure the Thelxie in Source II will be able to reach the endpoint before the one on Source I activates the switches that will shift the paths in the motherboard.
