The Ocean Circuit Judge can be found at the heart of The Great Fontaine Lake, nestled underwater near the Elynas region, south of the Court of Fontaine and adjacent to the West Salacia Plains. Mastering the Battle:
Absorb Crab Abilities: Before engaging the Ocean Circuit Judge, locate the Xenochromatic Armored Crabs in the vicinity. These creatures offer unique abilities that are essential for overcoming the boss. Interact with them to borrow their skills.
